I focus my property sales activity within the West Torrens Council area, predominantly in Richmond, West Richmond, Marleston, Cowandilla, North Plympton, Camden Park, Netley, Kurralta Park, Brooklyn Park and Plympton.

Due to the high number of property listings and sales I have in these areas throughout the year I can confidently guarantee in writing what I expect to achieve as a sale price for your home.

I will guarantee in writing what I believe is the current market selling price for your property (based on research of current property sales results of similar homes in the local area).

I will not ask you to carry the financial responsibility for the advertisement of your property on realestate.com.au nor will I ask you to pay for professional photographs, a floor plan or the sign on your front yard.

As a high performing agent in the local area with a very high level of sales success I can carry this expense for you. If a sale result does not occur you will not be expected to pay for the advertising costs incurred (which is the normal approach for other real estate agencies across Adelaide.)

I stand by my claims of what I can achieve for your property. Other real estate agents will expect you to pay for all advertising and marketing costs irrespective of the final outcome.
